Gathering data is always a good way to start. By observing the problem and the many users and stakeholders involved, we are able to capture insights and formulate hypotheses that shape the solutions to come.
DEFINE
Once we have developed our hypotheses, we articulate our strategy and positioning in a way that enables the design and communication to be fully realized.
CREATE
This phase is where we transform all of the knowledge and understanding we have gained into tangible, actionable solutions.
